PIC16F676 doesn�t start when power up

Hello all,
what problem do I have? When I give power to my PIC the programm doesn�t start. When I press a button(INT_EXT) the programm runs...
I have a lot of programms with this pic, but all others are running when they get power!

Found the error, didn�t switch off the sleep mode... sorry!
