hi,
i want use avr @16mhz @5v connect to mmc card @3.3v.
the spi bus speed is 8Mhz(clk/2).
could any one give me a good level shifter for that frequncy?

Watch out for glitching occuring on your ground when turn the thing on/off. You probably don't want to turn that FET on 'hard'.
